Anyminutenow presents ... 67% SAY THEY WERE MISLED... artists currently living and working in Melbourne show new work at Project in Dublin. The original work was standard A4 size and sent by mail to Dublin, this was then enlarged to A0 and posted to the exterior walls of of this city-centre art venue. The exhibition lasts throughout May 2004.

.............
Most of the works in this show were produced specifically for this project, and don't exist in any other context. The curator; AMAC (Andrew McDonald) is from Melbourne and is the Director of Citylights gallery which currently occupies 2 sites in downtown Melbourne.

67% SAY THEY WERE MISLED is the third in a series of photocopy exhibitions and was exchanged with a similiar show of artists based in Ireland entitled RETREAT. The 67% refers to a survey which resulted in 67% of Australians stating that they believed their government had misled the public in order to lead Australia into the Iraq war.

The first show in the series, NOW MORE THAN EVER curated by Fintan Friel was a collection of artists based in New York City and ran from May-July 2002 at Citylights.
